Luly & Santiago

With more than   45 years   of island living...

In 2005, she rekindled her love for Real Estate, joining a well-established company as a sales agent and dedicating herself once again to helping others find their place on the island.

 

Today, Luly is a devoted Christian, enjoys spending time with her friends and family as a mother of 4, and a upcoming grandmother. Her church community continues to be a very important part of her life.

Luly came to Cozumel in 1980 and instantly fell in love with the island. Since then, she decided to make it her home, build a family, and watch her children grow in Cozumel’s warm and family-friendly environment.

 

Her first steps into Real Estate began in 1984, when she helped manage a boutique hotel built by her mother (Dr. Conde) in Cozumel. She truly enjoyed welcoming guests and turning many of them into lifelong friends.

 

In the 1990s, Luly worked as a tour guide at the Island Museum, where she loved sharing her passion and joy for Cozumel with visitors from around the world.

 

One of her favorite hobbies was teaching Karate. As a third-degree black belt, she spent many wonderful moments with her students, creating bonds and memories that she still treasures.

A clients-first philosophy...

Santiago was born and raised in Cozumel. As a Cozumeleño, he grew up immersed in the island’s tourism culture, learning from an early age the importance of hospitality and service. This foundation shaped his character and inspired his long-term commitment to elevating the client experience in every aspect of his work.

He entered the Cozumel real estate industry in 2017 through a well-known agency. Since then, he has expanded his knowledge through ongoing education, certifications, and hands-on experience across all areas of real estate. His enthusiasm, curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement keep him aligned with market trends, legal updates, and industry best practices.

A guiding principle throughout his career is a personal philosophy he lives by: “A clients-first philosophy, upheld by dedication and passion, reflected in every detail.” This mindset defines his approach to service, ensuring that trust, transparency, and genuine care remain at the center of every interaction.

Throughout his career, Santiago has built strong, professional relationships with Notary Offices, attorneys, brokers, and other key figures involved in property transactions. His ability to coordinate closings efficiently and accurately has earned him a reputation for reliability and precision. He ensures that all documentation, timelines, and communication are handled with exceptional attention to detail.

Beyond transaction management, Santiago also oversees advertising and marketing operations for the company. He participates in developing strategic campaigns, strengthening the agency’s digital presence, and ensuring that every property is showcased with clarity, quality, and intention. His work significantly contributes to elevating the agency’s visibility in both the local and international markets.

Within the company, Santiago is considered a vital part of its operational heartbeat. He plays an active role in decision-making, workflow organization, and creating a seamless client experience. His integrity, dedication, and island-rooted perspective make him an essential asset in the continued growth and success of the agency.
